PACS is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities at our facility, ensuring care meets federal, state, and local standards as directed by the DON/ADON. You will supervise LVN/LPNs and CNAs, coordinate resident care, and respond to emergencies.

Qualified candidates hold a BSN, have 2+ years in long-term care with supervisory experience, and possess an RN license and CPR certification. PCC experience is preferred and strong communication is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• 2 years or more supervisory experience preferred in a long-term care facility.
• Current RN license and CPR certification required.
• Experience with PCC/EHR systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and participate in resident care.
• Supervise and instruct LVN/LPN nurses, Treatment nurses and CNAs.
• Monitor and respond to call signals and changes in patient condition.
• Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
