Job summary

PACS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) General Purpose to supervise daily nursing activities during the assigned tour. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards through effective leadership of the nursing team.

Responsibilities include directing the Nursing Service, participating in policy development, and coordinating with the DON/ADON as applicable to maintain quality resident care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess, at minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have active RN license in the state.
• CPR certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Direct nursing service department in accordance with regulations and standards.
• Participate in development and review of policies and procedures.
