The PACS Group is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities in our Florida long-term care facility. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate resident care, review orders, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations during your tour of duty.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN, have at least two years of supervisory experience in long-term care, and are proficient with PCC electronic health records.

Formación

• BSN from accredited school.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in long-term care.
• Experience with PCC EHR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and participate in resident care.
• Supervise, instruct and assist nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Communicate with physicians, families and staff.
• Oversee care plans and audits for quality assurance.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
