Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc., part of Hartford HealthCare, seeks a Nursing Professional Development (NPD) practitioner. This RN will lead competency development, onboarding and education within the nursing program to enhance professional growth.

You will collaborate with nursing leadership to advance education, use LEAN and high-reliability principles, and mentor learners across clinical areas. BSN and CT RN licensure are required.

Competenze

• BSN required.
• Minimum 3 years of active clinical nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in an acute care environment or area of specialty for ambulatory/ancillary environments.
• Experience as a preceptor.

• Support learners within the Nursing Professional Development scope and standards.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to foster competency management and education.
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate educational programs.
• Coordinate onboarding/orientation of Hartford HealthCare colleagues and transition to practice.
