Job summary

This RN will influence learner competence and growth within the Nursing Professional Development framework approved by the ANA, collaborating with nursing leadership to ensure education, policy standardization, and onboarding of Hartford HealthCare colleagues across the Greater Manchester Region.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Minimum 3 years of active clinical nursing experience.
• At least 1 year in an acute care or ambulatory/ancillary environment.
• Experience as a preceptor.
• Licensed RN from CT DPH before hire date.
• NPD or Clinical Specialty Certification within 2 years of hire.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Support learners within Nursing Professional Development practice.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to foster competency management and education.
• Promote policy standardization, partnerships, and scientific inquiry.
• Support onboarding/orientation of Hartford HealthCare colleagues.
