You will advance competency, onboarding, and professional development for the nursing staff across the Hartford HealthCare network. The role requires a BSN, 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, and NPD or clinical specialty certification within two years.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Minimum of 3 years of active clinical nursing experience.
• NPD or Clinical Specialty Certification within two years of hire.

Responsibilities
