Qualifications

• BSN required and CT RN licensed prior to hire.
• Minimum 3 years active clinical nursing experience.
• At least 1 year in acute care or ambulatory/ancillary specialty.
• Experience as a preceptor; strong educational program skills.
• NPD or clinical specialty certification within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and evaluate educational programs for learners.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership on competency management.
• Support onboarding/orientation of Hartford HealthCare colleagues.
• Promote professional development and policy standardization.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and apply LEAN concepts.
