Job summary

Qualifications
- BSN required and CT RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of active clinical nursing experience
- At least 1 year in acute care or ambulatory/ancillary environments
- Experience as a preceptor
- NPD or Clinical Specialty Certification within two years of hire
Responsibilities
- Facilitate education using adult learning principles to close knowledge and practice gaps.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to assess learning needs and develop programs.
- Promote professional nursing practice and competency through standard-based education.
- Mentor the profession by supporting ongoing professional development.
- Manage assessment of knowledge, skills, and performance during practice.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation during role changes.
- Act as a change agent to drive process improvements.
- Promote scientific inquiry and evidence-based practice.
- Perform other related duties as required.
