Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for Medical-Surgical Services, nights and evenings, in Yukon, OK. You will lead staffing, ensure safe patient care, collaborate with physicians and the Staffing Office, and mentor team members to deliver high-quality care aligned with Mercy standards.

Graduate from accredited nursing program with RN license required; 3-5 years hospital nursing experience; certification requirements include AHA Healthcare Provider, TNCC/ACLS/ENPC or PALS.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete within probation.
• TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assures delivery of safe, high-quality and cost-effective care by co-workers.
• Ensure units are appropriately staffed for patient care.
• Involved in patient flow and bed management with Staffing Office.
• Lead by example and promote change with mentorship and recognition.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager for evaluation and adherence to Mercy standards.
