Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN for Medical-Surgical Services to lead staffing, supervise nursing teams, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care across shifts. You will collaborate with physicians, administration, and the Staffing Office to optimize bed management and patient flow while upholding Mercy's mission and service standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, an active RN license in Oklahoma, and 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience, with preferred

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license in the applicable State of practice.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period.
• TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure units are appropriately staffed to provide patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative staff to improve processes across the continuum.
• Lead in patient flow and bed management in collaboration with Staffing Office.
