Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio (or a multi-state compact license).
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN degree required within 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis: perform initial and ongoing health status assessments for populations or individuals.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning: document planned nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implementation/Evaluation: evaluate responses to care and revise plans with the team.
• Leadership: participate in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and safety.
• Operations: carry out daily nursing operations as part of a 24/7 care continuum.
