OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across diverse, acute settings within the Medical Unit 3. The RN is accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing and delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs per state scope of practice.

Responsibilities include assessing patient status, planning and implementing care, and evaluating outcomes. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork within a 24/7/365 department.

Qualifikationen

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio (or multi-state compact).
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.
• BLS certification.

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Document planned nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluate and document responses to nursing care and revise plans as needed.
• Leadership - Participate in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Operations - Maintain safety, quality and efficiency as part of the care team.
