Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a registered nurse to provide general nursing care across care settings. The RN is accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing and collaborates with LPNs and UAPs in a 24/7/365 unit.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in a High Reliability Organization. OhioHealth supports ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at intervals; revises plan of care based on evaluative data (20%).
• Leadership - Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).
• Operations - (10%).
