Job summary

Qualifications

• BCLS/ACLS, preferred.
• 2 years of Med/Surg or Telemetry experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient's physiologic health status and plan of care.
• Coordinates care with physicians and health team members.
• Implements and evaluates nursing interventions safely.
• Documents patient care and communicates with care team.
• Provides patient education and discharge planning.
