Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
• BSN preferred; must enroll within 24 months and complete BSN within five years.
• BCLS and ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's physiologic health status and pain levels; document findings.
• Assess psychosocial health status and support needs; coordinate with care team.
• Identify patient outcomes and develop individualized goals and care plans.
• Implement, monitor, and adjust the plan of care; ensure safety and effective treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and team to coordinate and evaluate care and discharge planning.
