Northwell Health in New York is seeking an experienced registered nurse to oversee age-specific care for a designated patient group using the nursing process. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with physicians and the health team to coordinate procedures and treatments.

You will lead the patient care unit team, delegate tasks, ensure safety, document plans and outcomes, and participate in discharge planning and referrals as needed.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current New York State RN license; BCLS/ACLS preferred.

• Collaborates with physicians and health team members in coordinating procedures and treatments.
