Northwell is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for acute care and telemetry settings in New York. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with physicians and the health team to deliver comprehensive care.

Strong clinical judgment and leadership are essential for directing unit activities and ensuring safety. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient education, discharge planning, and collaboration with care teams to improve outcomes.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and licensed in NY.
• Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred; BSN in progress acceptable with timelines.
• Current NY RN license with any required certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients’ physiologic health status through interviews, chart review, and exams.
• Coordinate care with physicians and health team, ensuring timely implementation.
• Identify patient outcomes and establish individualized goals.
• Plan and document care, manage supplies, and collaborate with care team.
• Administer medications correctly and provide patient education.
• Support discharge planning and coordinate referrals for follow-up care.
