Job summary

Good Samaritan Pipestone is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead nursing services and oversee the MDS process. You will assess residents, direct care planning, and collaborate with families, providers, and inter-disciplinary teams to ensure high quality life for residents.

RN with state licensure and ongoing education are required; RAC-CT or supervisory experience is a plus. This role emphasizes resident advocacy and coordinated care in a Christian nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from NLN or AACN accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum one year licensed nurse experience with seniors preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the state board.
• Required CEU and competency training; affiliation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate nursing staff activities.
• Assess care plans and keep them current.
• Lead RA I process and resident assessments.
• Coordinate care with resident, families and providers.
