Good Samaritan Pipestone is seeking an experienced MDS Nurse RN to lead the Resident Assessment Instrument process and coordinate nursing care for residents. The role emphasizes assessment, planning and evaluation with a focus on quality of life in a Christian environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN/AACN accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) processes.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care using nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams for quality care.
• Provide ongoing nursing care across all phases of care and be ready to delegate when on duty.
