Good Samaritan Pipestone is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead nursing staff, coordinate resident assessments, and ensure high-quality care for seniors in a Christian, not-for-profit setting.

You will manage care plans, collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team, and uphold professional standards across all shifts. A BSN is preferred, with an active RN license and prior experience in geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an NLN- or AACN-accredited nursing program is preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in state of practice or multi-state licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and evaluate nursing staff activities to implement resident care plans.
• Lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and coordinate assessments.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to ensure high-quality care.
