Good Samaritan Pipestone is seeking a Registered Nurse for the MDS Nurse role. You will lead nursing staff through planning and evaluating resident care plans and drive the RAIs process for assessments and admissions.

You will coordinate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality life for residents. A current RN license, baccalaureate degree preferred, and RAC-CT experience are valued.

Qualificações

• Graduate from NLN or AACN accredited nursing program preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of one-year licensed nurse experience with seniors preferred.
• RN license in the state where practice occurs; multistate license acceptable if applicable; RAC-CT preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and evaluate nursing staff activities for resident care plans.
• Lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and coordinate admissions assessments.
• Provide individualized nursing care across all phases of care, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, and evaluation.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality of life.
