Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing care planning and assessment.
• Coordinate Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) activities.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure care plans are current and compliant.
