Job summary

Good Samaritan Pipestone is seeking an experienced MDS RN to lead resident assessments and coordinate care. This full-time role requires independent judgment in planning, organizing, and evaluating nursing services for seniors in our not-for-profit environment.

As the direct lead for the Resident Assessment Instrument process, you will collaborate with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to ensure high quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate from NLN or AACN accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one-year experience with the senior population preferred.
• RN license in the state where practice occurs; multistate licensure preferred.
• RAC-CT certification or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate nursing staff activities for resident care.
• Lead Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) processes and assessments.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues.
• Provide nursing care across all phases with age-appropriate standards.
