Good Samaritan Pipestone is seeking an experienced MDS Nurse to lead the planning, organizing and evaluation of resident care under the nursing leadership. You will oversee RAIs, assess admissions, and ensure care plans are current to provide quality life for residents.

The role requires an RN license, with preferred RAC-CT or supervisory experience, and involves day shifts in a full-time capacity at our Pipestone, MN facility. Competitive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Graduate from NLN or AACN accredited nursing program is preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience with senior population preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in state or multi-state licensure if NLC state.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and evaluate resident care plans under RN supervision.
• Lead in Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) processes and assessments.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.

Formation

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

RAC-CT/management experience preferred
