Good Samaritan Pipestone is seeking a Registered Nurse with MDS responsibilities to oversee the planning, evaluation, and coordination of resident care. You will lead the nursing team, manage RAIs, and ensure high-quality care for residents in a 40-hour week setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and multidisciplinary staff, with an emphasis on quality of life and compliance with licensure standards. An RN license and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from NLN or AACN accredited nursing program is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one-year experience as licensed nurse with the senior population preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs; multi-state licensure if in NLC state; required CEUs and competency training; affiliation with nursing organizations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, direct and evaluate nursing staff engaged in resident plan of care.
• Lead in Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and ensure care plans remain current.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to ensure quality life for residents.
