Job summary

Good Samaritan Pipestone seeks an experienced RN MDS Nurse to plan, organize and evaluate care for residents in a senior care setting. You will lead the RAI process, coordinate assessments, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality life for residents.

The role requires an active RN license, a BSN preferred, and a minimum of one year of nursing experience with seniors; RAC-CT or supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• NLN or AACN accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience with seniors preferred.
• RAC-CT, management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate nursing staff activities for resident care.
• Lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and oversee assessments.
• Coordinate resident assessments and collaborate with families and providers.
• Provide individualized nursing care and coordinate overall resident health plans.
