Qualifications
- RN license in Minnesota.
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail required.
- Experience with MDS/RAI processes and CMS requirements a must.
Responsabilités
- Coordinate and complete MDS assessments per federal/state timelines.
- Manage RAI process and maintain accurate MDS schedule.
- Ensure documentation supports medical necessity and accurate reimbursement.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to inform care planning.
- Monitor deadlines and update assessments and care plans as resident conditions change.
- Educate staff on documentation requirements and MDS processes.
