Life Care Centers of America in Melbourne, FL is seeking an experienced RN MDS Coordinator to manage MDS Assessments, CAAs and Care Plans in compliance with CMS RAI manual and state regulations. The role requires an active RN license, 2 years of nursing experience (geriatrics preferred) and CPR certification. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

You will educate staff, review CMS reports, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliant billing.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and submit MDS Assessments, CCAs, and Care Plans per CMS RAI Manual.
• Notify DON of changes in patient condition identified by MDS.
• Educate direct care staff on CMS RAI updates and regulations.
• Review Interdisciplinary Care Plans and Final Validation Reports for CMS billing.
