Qualifications

• RN degree required; licensure in good standing
• CPR certification required or obtained on orientation
• Geriatric nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and submit MDS Assessments, CCAs, and Care Plans.
• Report changes in patient condition to the DON.
• Educate staff on CMS RAI manuals and regulations.
• Review and attest CMS QIES submissions prior to billing.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
