Mercy is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to lead nursing care for a defined patient group, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will delegate, supervise staff, and collaborate with medical leadership to optimize staffing and resource use.

The role requires BSN (or progress toward completion within 2 years), current nursing licensure, CPR certification, and at least four years' clinical experience. Supervision and PALS are preferred.

Competenze

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current state licensure in practice state.
• Four years of clinical experience in a specialty area.
• CPR required; additional CPR NPR certification.
• BSN or in progress to complete within 2 years.
• Preferred: BS/MS and 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Preferred: PALS certification.

Mansioni
