Job summary

Mercy is seeking a CNM with leadership experience to oversee nursing care for a defined patient group. You will supervise unit staff, ensure patient safety, and maintain regulatory compliance within Mercy Hospital.

Qualified candidates have a BSN (or progress toward it), current state nursing licensure, and at least four years in a clinical/supervisory role. Strong communication and collaboration are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing in the applicable state of practice.
• Four (4) years of experience in clinical specialty or related area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all staff on the unit.
• Accountable for the quality of care on assigned units.
• Participates on nursing committees as assigned.
