Mercy is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to oversee clinical care and lead nursing staff in a dynamic hospital setting in Missouri. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with physicians, and adherence to Mercy standards.

Ideal candidates will have a BSN, active RN licensure, CPR NPR, and at least four years in a clinical specialty with supervisory experience. BS/MS is preferred and strong computer skills are required.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing in the applicable state of practice.
• Four (4) years of experience in clinical specialty or related area.
• Basic computer skills including data entry, Windows, and MS Office are required.
• Certifications: CPR NPR.
• To ensure patient safety, pass a medication and math competency test before assuming medication administration responsibilities.
• BS/MS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care for patients per age-specific needs.
• Plan and provide nursing care in accordance with cultural diversity needs and pain management.
• Supervise all staff on the unit and ensure quality of care.
• Collaborate with medical staff and administration to ensure appropriate resources and budget adherence.
