Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current licensure by State Board of Nursing.
• Four years of clinical experience in a related area.
• CPR and NRP certifications.
• Medication and math competency test prior to medication administration.
• BSN/MS preferred.
• Two years supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide professional nursing care for patients.
• Supervise staff on assigned unit and ensure adequate staffing.
• Collaborate with medical staff and administration to meet patient care needs.
• Participate in nursing committees and hospital safety initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety, and infection control policies.
