Chelsea Jewish Lifecare invites qualified nurses to join the Katzman Center for Living. RNs and LPNs provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and follow individualized care plans.

The positions offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options in a compassionate, resident-centered environment. Responsibilities include documenting in EHR, assisting with ADLs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams while upholding infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN licensure in MA.
• Strong skills in medication administration and vital signs.
• Competence with electronic health records (EHR).
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and administer medications as ordered.
• Monitor residents' condition and document changes in care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Collaborate with care teams to update individualized care plans.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards across the facility.
