Job summary

Katzman Center for Living in Chelsea, MA is seeking RN or LPN candidates to deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care. A $5,000 sign‑on bonus is offered with competitive hourly wages: RN $44–$48/hr, LPN $40–$43/hr.

Options include Full‑Time, Part‑Time, and PRN positions. You will administer medications, monitor vitals, assist with ADLs, document in EHR, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered MA RN or LPN licensure.
• Strong clinical skills in nursing procedures, including medication administration and vital signs.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.
• Current CPR certifications (BLS and ACLS).
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing prescribed treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility support, and toileting while promoting dignity and independence.
• Monitor and document residents' clinical status, including changes in condition, wound care progress, intake/output, and responses to treatments, reporting significant changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to implement and update individualized care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety regulations, and facility policies while maintaining a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
