Chelsea Jewish Lifecare in Chelsea, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

This full-time/part-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly wages from $44 to $48, and comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision, 403(b), PTO, meals, parking, and ongoing professional support.

Qualifications

• Active MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
• Strong clinical skills in medication administration, vital signs, and EHR documentation.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control and patient safety.
• CPR certifications including BLS and ACLS.
• Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and toileting.
• Monitor and document residents’ clinical status, wound care, intake/outtake, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to implement and update individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety policies.

Delivering Solutions That Matter

• Provide direct resident care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing prescribed treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility support, and toileting while promoting dignity and independence.
• Monitor and document residents' clinical status, including changes in condition, wound care progress, intake/output, and responses to treatments, reporting significant changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to implement and update individualized care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety regulations, and facility policies while maintaining a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications For Success

• Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Strong clinical skills in basic nursing procedures, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
• Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
