Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the MA state registry.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding, promoting dignity and independence.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and observe/report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Provide basic patient care under licensed nurses, including repositioning, transferring, and assisting with mobility to prevent falls.
• Support residents' quality of life by fostering a positive, respectful environment and encouraging engagement in meaningful daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols and responding to call lights.
