Job summary

Chelsea Jewish Lifecare in Chelsea, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

This full-time/part-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly wages from $44 to $48, and comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision, 403(b), PTO, meals, parking, and ongoing professional support.

Qualifications

Active MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
Strong clinical skills in medication administration, vital signs, and EHR documentation.
Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control and patient safety.
CPR certifications including BLS and ACLS.
Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Provide direct resident care including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and toileting.
Monitor and document residents’ clinical status, wound care, intake/outtake, and responses to treatments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to implement and update individualized care plans.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety policies.
