Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking a compassionate RN to join our team on the day shift. The RN/LPN will provide high‑quality nursing care, supervise clinical staff, and ensure residents’ health and safety in a skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities include care planning, medication administration, and timely documentation. CPR/BLS is required; prior post‑acute care and staff supervision are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation or post‑acute care preferred.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to physicians.
• Supervise LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility policy.
• Respond to resident emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a positive, resident‑centered environment focused on quality care and customer service.
