Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking a compassionate RN to join our night shift team. The RN/LPN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring health, safety, and well-being of residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

Position: Full-Time Night Shift (Rotating weekend shift). Hours: 7:00pm - 7:00am. $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RN/LPN. Competitive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to physicians.
• Supervise and support nursing staff.
• Maintain compliant documentation and records.
