Job summary

Dublin Post Acute, located in Dublin, OH, is hiring an RN to join the night shift team. The role includes supervising clinical staff, coordinating resident care, and ensuring compliance with regulations. A RN license and CPR/BLS certification are required.

Night shift offers Monday–Sunday rotation with a 7:00 pm–7:00 am schedule, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time RN/LPN. Join a compassionate, interdisciplinary team dedicated to quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and team members.
• Supervise LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation per facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to resident emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care and customer service.
