Job summary

Dublin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, skilled RN to join our team on the night shift. You will provide high-quality nursing care, supervise clinical staff, and ensure the health and wellbeing of residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities include care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. We offer a night shift differential, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to physicians and team.
• Supervise LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation per facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to resident emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care and customer service.
