Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking a compassionate RN for the night shift to provide high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. You will supervise clinical staff, ensure safety, and coordinate care for residents.

Responsibilities include personalized care planning, medication administration, accurate documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. A current RN license and CPR/BLS are required; a sign-on bonus of $2,000 is offered to join our

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and appropriate team members.
• Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to resident emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care and customer service.
