Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for full-time day and night shifts. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care, supervise clinical staff, and ensure resident safety and well-being in a skilled nursing setting.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and strong clinical assessment skills. Experience in post-acute or long-term care is preferred, with a commitment to teamwork and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Current active RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Supervise LVNs, CNAs, and nursing staff.
• Document accurately per policies and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate care with the team.
• Participate in shift reports and quality improvement activities.
