Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions and develop care plans.
• Make rounds with physician; observe symptoms and interventions.
• Provide preventative, supportive, maintenance, and rehabilitative care.
• Administer medications per policies and physician orders.
• Supervise CNAs and document care.
• Coordinate with DON, Unit Managers and physicians; report resident status.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety procedures.
