Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Michigan license as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in the long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions and develop care plans; record observations and follow PCC care plans.
• Monitor residents, observe responses to treatments, and communicate with physicians.
• Administer medications according to policies and physician orders; notify team of contraindications.
• Coordinate with physicians, DON, Unit Managers, and CNAs; prepare reports and discharge summaries.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate medical records.
