Job summary

Intersect Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care in a Michigan long-term care setting. You will coordinate total nursing care, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, supervise staff, and deliver daily reports.

The role requires an active Michigan RN license, CPR certification, and preferred 2 years in long-term care. You will participate in safety and quality initiatives and support appropriate clinical documentation and

Qualifications

Must possess a current Michigan license as a Registered Nurse.
CPR certification required.
Two years of professional nursing experience in the long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess resident conditions to implement interventions and develop care plans.
Make rounds and observe symptoms, progress, and reactions to treatments and medications.
Provide preventative, supportive, maintenance, and rehabilitative care.
Administer medications per policies and physician orders; monitor contraindications.
Coordinate supplies, equipment, appointments, and documentation.
Monitor CNAs and assist with resident care duties.
Report incidents and communicate changes in resident condition to nursing leadership.
