Intersect Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for day shift (12 hours) to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.

You will coordinate total nursing care, document care plans, and work with the Director of Nursing and Unit Managers to meet facility goals. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, and communicating changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current federal and state nursing regulations in long-term care.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions and ratios to dosing and care plans.
• Basic computer skills for charting and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality nursing care and coordinate total nursing care for residents.
• Administer medications and document appropriately.
• Monitor resident conditions and update care plans with the care team.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing and Unit Managers to meet goals.
• Assist with rounds and patient assessments as needed.

Formation

RN license (Michigan)

CPR certification

2 years LTC experience preferred
