Job summary

Atrium Health Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 12-hour Night Float Pool. This full-time RN will float across inpatient units, delivering coordinated nursing care during 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts, with weekends and holidays required.

A sign-on bonus is eligible, and relocation support may be available for eligible candidates. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state of practice, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year inpatient nursing experience preferred; at least 6 months for new grad path.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care and contribute to a positive patient experience across units.
