Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center is seeking an RN for the Float Pool, rotating through departments to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. The role requires a valid RN license, BLS and ACLS, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital setting across multiple units.

The position is full-time with 36 hours per week, 3-12 hour shifts, and every third weekend, offering comprehensive benefits through Advocate Health. Experience in hospital bedside care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where the teammate practices.
• BLS & ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Two years of hospital bedside care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
